during or after your trial. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds: Refunds are only granted for: -

Duplicate payments, or - Verified technical errors preventing service use. Request refunds

within 14 days by contacting hello@getexpertly.ai. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working

days once approved. Data & Account Deletion: You may request full account deletion by

emailing hello@getexpertly.ai. This permanently removes your data and chat history
